Eczema is unfortunately one of the most common problems that your baby but also people in different ages can suffer from. While it is pretty normal that your baby gets itchy rashes from time to time, eczema is actually a worse stadium and is more than some innocent itchy places on the body.

What is the most usual problem that can cause this unpleasant skin problem? Well it can be atopic dermatitis, or as others call it - infantile eczema. The word atopic means a strong sensitiveness to allergens that you can find in the environment such as pollens, molds, dust, animal dander, or some types of foods.

On the other side, the word dermatitis tells us that the skin is inflamed, or red and sore. Although we cannot surely say where eczema comes from, a lot of doctors think that eczema might be also inherited from the genes of the parents. Although eczema is not considered to be an allergy itself, it can be triggered by some allergies.

What are the symptoms of eczema?

Eczema starts to appear mainly it the second to the sixth month of the baby's life, and almost always within the first 5 years. It is usually eczema, who is responsible for the itchy, dry, red skin and small bumps on cheeks, forehead, or scalp of the kids. In this case, you have to act fast and buy some special creams to reduce these symptoms as much as possible. In this article I'm going to describe to you the best baby eczema creams I found.

Thank you Nell, I really recommend to have the Aloe Vera plant at home, and after it is about 3 years old, it starts to have perfect healing effects. My girlfriend sometimes cuts a little bit from that and uses the pulp for everything. She even adds it to her regular skin creams.
