The ideal situation would be of course if you can say 'YES' to all of these questions, however if not you can still lose a lot of weight if you have a strong motivation and/or someone who can support you in your way to get rid of the stubborn fat once and for all.

Losing weight is considered by a huge amount of people to be one of the hardest tasks to do, however despite of all that is being said about this process, I can see there a great positive sign. And that is the fact that it is all in your power. You are the one who decides and the amount of weight you can lose in a month really depends on you and nobody else. Don't look for excuses and things like that, be strong and face your problem. It's actually not that hard and it's all about motivation, strong and ambitious mind, endurance, and discipline.

To say that simply, the more of these, let me say positive, characteristics you have or get to have, the more weight you will be able to lose in a month and further. It's also directly related to whether you are going to keep your reduced weight or you will go to the same position in the next few months as you were before.
